Credit Cards

You can add credit cards to your account, to prevent having to re-enter credit card details. SiteHost uses a secure third party PCI DSS compliant system to process credit card transactions and does not store your full credit card number.

Adding a Credit Card to an Account

  1. When logged in to the Control Panel click Billing from the left menu.
  2. Select Credit Cards from the navigation tabs.
  3. Click the Add Credit Card button in the top right.
  4. Fill in the details of your card you want to add.
  5. Click Add Card to save your card.

    If you have multiple cards linked to your account you can change the order they are displayed/used by setting one as the primary card and the others as the secondary.

Removing a Card From an Account

  1. When logged in to the Control Panel click Billing from the left menu.
  2. Select Credit Cards from the navigation tabs.
  3. Find the card you wish to remove and click the More Actions icon (᛫᛫᛫) on that row.
  4. Select Delete Card from the drop down.
  5. Confirm you wish to delete that card by clicking Delete Credit Card in the modal.

Editing Card Priority/Status

  1. When logged in to the Control Panel click Billing from the left menu.
  2. Select Credit Cards from the navigation tabs.
  3. Select the card you wish to edit.
  4. Edit the details of the card.
  5. Click Update Card to save your edits.
