Credit Cards
You can add credit cards to your account, to prevent having to re-enter credit card details. SiteHost uses a secure third party PCI DSS compliant system to process credit card transactions and does not store your full credit card number.
Adding a Credit Card to an Account
- When logged in to the Control Panel click Billing from the left menu.
- Select Credit Cards from the navigation tabs.
- Click the Add Credit Card button in the top right.
- Fill in the details of your card you want to add.
- Click Add Card to save your card.
If you have multiple cards linked to your account you can change the order they are displayed/used by setting one as the primary card and the others as the secondary.
Removing a Card From an Account
- When logged in to the Control Panel click Billing from the left menu.
- Select Credit Cards from the navigation tabs.
- Find the card you wish to remove and click the More Actions icon (᛫᛫᛫) on that row.
- Select Delete Card from the drop down.
- Confirm you wish to delete that card by clicking Delete Credit Card in the modal.
Editing Card Priority/Status
- When logged in to the Control Panel click Billing from the left menu.
- Select Credit Cards from the navigation tabs.
- Select the card you wish to edit.
- Edit the details of the card.
- Click Update Card to save your edits.
