Account Contacts

An account contact allows you to provide access to parts of your SiteHost account without giving them access to the full account or login details. You can add, update, or remove contacts; providing them individual logins to your account, or adding contact details that monitoring or accounting emails may be sent to.

How to Add an Account Contact

  1. When logged in to the Control Panel select the Account module from the left menu.
  2. Select the Contacts sub-module from the left menu.
  3. Click the Add Contact button in the top right.
  4. Fill in the details for this new contact.
  5. Click Create Contact to create the new contact.

After a contact has been created it still needs to be assigned roles and/or module access depending on what you created the contact for.
