Sub-Accounts

Sub Accounts provide the facility for resellers to create an independent account for customers and separate a single customer services from other customers. Sub-Accounts can not be removed.

How to Add a Sub Account

  1. When logged in to the Control Panel select the Account module from the left menu.
  2. Select the Sub Accounts sub-module from the left menu.
  3. Click the Add Sub Account button in the top right.
  4. Fill in the details of the sub account and give access to any servers you may want them to have access to.
  5. Click the Create Sub Account button.

Update Sub Account Details

  1. When logged in to the Control Panel select the Account module from the left menu.
  2. Select the Sub Accounts sub-module from the left menu.
  3. Select the sub account you wish to edit.
  4. Edit the sub account.
  5. Click Update Client.

Update Server & Services Access for a Sub Account

  1. When logged in to the Control Panel select the Account module from the left menu.
  2. Select the Sub Accounts sub-module from the left menu.
  3. Select the sub account you wish to edit access for.
  4. Click the Server Access navigation tab.
  5. From here you can remove/edit acess to a server or click Add Server Access to add a new server.
