Sub-Accounts
Sub Accounts provide the facility for resellers to create an independent account for customers and separate a single customer services from other customers. Sub-Accounts can not be removed.
How to Add a Sub Account
- When logged in to the Control Panel select the Account module from the left menu.
- Select the Sub Accounts sub-module from the left menu.
- Click the Add Sub Account button in the top right.
- Fill in the details of the sub account and give access to any servers you may want them to have access to.
- Click the Create Sub Account button.
Update Sub Account Details
- When logged in to the Control Panel select the Account module from the left menu.
- Select the Sub Accounts sub-module from the left menu.
- Select the sub account you wish to edit.
- Edit the sub account.
- Click Update Client.
Update Server & Services Access for a Sub Account
- When logged in to the Control Panel select the Account module from the left menu.
- Select the Sub Accounts sub-module from the left menu.
- Select the sub account you wish to edit access for.
- Click the Server Access navigation tab.
- From here you can remove/edit acess to a server or click Add Server Access to add a new server.
