Email Domains

The first step in working with Email module is to set up a Domain name that can be used for email. Once a domain has been set up for email it can then have Mailboxes, Forwarders and Aliases associated with it.

Steps to Add an Email Domain

  1. Select the Email module.
  2. Click the Add Domain button found on the top right of the page.
  3. Fill in your domain name (eg. example.co.nz).
  4. Click the Add Domain button to create your email domain.

You can only create an Email Domain if that Domain is already managed by the SiteHost Control Panel (see the Domains section for more details).

Steps to Delete an Email Domain

  1. Navigate to the Email module.
  2. Select the Email Domain you wish to remove.
  3. Click the Delete Domain button in the top right button group.
  4. Confirm you want to delete the Domain by clicking the Delete Domain

You can only delete an Email Domain if there are no existing Mailboxes, Aliases or Forwarders associated with it.
