Direct Debit

As an alternative to using a [Credit Card] to pay your invoices, you can set up a Direct Debit. To ensure the safety of our customers, we need to verify that you have authority to the bank account you have provided. In the next 1 - 2 working days after setting up direct debit we will debit $1.00 from your account (and apply it as credit to your SiteHost account). This transaction will have an authorization code listed under the 'Code' field that you will need to note down and enter in our Control Panel. Once completed we will use that account for direct debits for your invoices.

How to Enable Direct Debit

1. When logged in to the Control Panel click on Billing in the left menu.
2. Select Direct Debit from the navigation tabs.
3. Enter in your account details in to the form.
4. Click Setup Direct Debit to submit your details.
5. After this we will debit the account $1 to check you have authority on this account.
6. When this shows up in your bank account check the code entered in the Code field.
7. Enter the code in to the form under Direct Debit in our Control Panel.
