Account Preferences
There are a number of events that generate email from our system - for example domain registration, domain renewal / cancellation, or deploying a new server.
You can edit the templates for these events, so that emails sent to you and to your sub-accounts are customised.
How to Edit an Email Template
- When logged in to the Control Panel select Account from the left menu.
- Select the Preferences sub module from the left menu.
- Select the Email Templates navigation tab.
- Click on the template you wish to edit.
- Enter your changes in to the form.
- Click Update Template to save your changes.
Edit Template Variables
- When logged in to the Control Panel select Account from the left menu.
- Select the Preferences sub module from the left menu.
- The sections to edit are "Domain Email Sender" and "Domain Email Placeholders".
- Once you have finished editing scroll to the bottom and click Update Preferences to save any changes.
Toggle Domain Expiry Warnings
- When logged in to the Control Panel select Account from the left menu.
- Select the Preferences sub module from the left menu.
- The section to edit is "Domain Expiry Warnings".
- Scroll to the bottom and click Update Preferences to save any changes.
Toggle Domain Auto-Renew Reminders
- When logged in to the Control Panel select Account from the left menu.
- Select the Preferences sub module from the left menu.
- The sections to edit are "Domain Auto-Renew Settings".
- Here you can choose to "receive a 7 day reminder." or "not receive any reminders."
- Scroll to the bottom and click Update Preferences to save any changes.
