Account Preferences

There are a number of events that generate email from our system - for example domain registration, domain renewal / cancellation, or deploying a new server.

You can edit the templates for these events, so that emails sent to you and to your sub-accounts are customised.

How to Edit an Email Template

  1. When logged in to the Control Panel select Account from the left menu.
  2. Select the Preferences sub module from the left menu.
  3. Select the Email Templates navigation tab.
  4. Click on the template you wish to edit.
  5. Enter your changes in to the form.
  6. Click Update Template to save your changes.

Edit Template Variables

  1. When logged in to the Control Panel select Account from the left menu.
  2. Select the Preferences sub module from the left menu.
  3. The sections to edit are "Domain Email Sender" and "Domain Email Placeholders".
  4. Once you have finished editing scroll to the bottom and click Update Preferences to save any changes.
