Viewing Folders

Viewing Folders

Last updated September 13th, 2010

This article explains how to navigate your folder structure. Remember that this functionality is limited to a base folder, or top-level folder - typically /home/www.

Step by Step

  1. Click "All Website servers"

  2. Click the server that you want to view.

  3. A list of folders will be shown. To zoom in on a folder click on the folder name. To move up the folder tree to a parent folder click the "Up one level" button. It you are already at the top level (base) folder then the "Up one level" button will be grayed out.

  4. You can also go straight to a folder directly if you know it's path (instead of clicking through a series of links). Just type the name of the folder you want to view into the path field and click "Go". See Figure 1

  5. If folders change on the server, you can click the "Refresh" button or click "Refresh Directory" to redisplay the folder list. See Figure 2
